The Gymstick roller for fascia treatment is not a conventional fascia roller: In contrast to conventional massage rollers, the surface of the Gymstick roller for fascia treatment is equipped with bumps that stress the tissue deep down. In this way, deeper-lying adhesions and hardening can also be treated. The size of the roll was deliberately kept compact to make storage and transport easier.
