The TheraBand Rocker Board combines an extremely non-slip design with a sensorimotor surface, opening up new possibilities in the areas of balance, stabilization and posture improvement.

In addition to the usual balance exercises, the tilting board can also be used for exercises for the stomach, legs or the whole body. Performed on the tipping board, these become a lot more difficult and demanding.
