I have been involved in sports since I was a child and played competitive football, even though it ultimately wasn't enough for a professional career. However, I knew that I would stay true to sports in one way or another. And since every journey begins with the first step, I decided to start with a solid foundation and began a dual study program in fitness economics at the German University of Prevention and Health Management, while also furthering my education in several areas of exercise science during my studies.

But as an athlete, you realize: there is more! That’s how I became aware of neuro-athletic training, and I knew right away that it was an approach that represented a completely different level of individuality for me. Ever since, I have lived neuro-athletics every single day—for myself and for my athletes. Training one's own neural fingerprint in movement is absolutely fascinating to me.

Therefore, it was clear to me from the beginning that I wanted to become one of the best neuro-athletic trainers in the industry one day, and I haven't stopped trying to get better for a single day since—even if life sometimes puts a few obstacles in your way. But you can build something beautiful with those, too.
