Your satisfaction is important to us. That's why you can send almost all unused items back to us free of charge via our shipping partner DHL within 30 days of receipt. Use our returns portal and easily create your own returns label.

As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by email. After checking the return, the corresponding amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded according to the payment method you chose. Processing and refunds may take up to 7 days. You can find more information in our Right of withdrawal.
Please make sure that all returned items are in the original state and must be returned to us in the original packaging. If you still have the delivery note that came with your package, you can send it back to us.
Returns from abroad You can also register in our returns portal. We do not provide you with a return label for returns. Please note that you must bear the direct costs of returning the item.

We want to ensure that every person can do something for their health. We therefore ask that you only send items back to us in their original condition and packaging. This means we can resell returned goods at reasonable prices and do not have to dispose of them.
