How do I change my password, email or address?
You can change your personal information in your customer account . You can find this under the little man icon in the top right corner. Initially, you'll only see your most recent orders. If you click on your initials in the top right corner again, you can change your name and address under "Profile."
Since your customer account is linked to your email address, you unfortunately cannot change your registered email address retroactively. If you want to change your email address , you must create a new customer account with the new address.
Where do I find my password?
Your customer account isn't protected by a regular password, but by two-factor email authentication . When you enter your email address to log in to your customer account, you'll receive an email with a six-digit code . Simply enter this code in the designated field, and you're logged in.
How can I delete my customer account?
You can delete your customer account at any time. Please send an email to our Customer Support at support@artzt.eu and request that your artzt.eu customer account be deleted.
Please understand that we will not delete personal data if you have placed an order within the last 6 months (180 days) in the event of a chargeback. If a deletion request is submitted within this period, the request will be placed on hold until the required time has elapsed. Once the period has elapsed, your data will be automatically deleted.
How long does the delivery take?
If you order from us today, we'll ship your package the next business day (Mon. - Fri.) via DHL or UPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Germany
DHL parcel: 2-4 working days
UPS Standard: 2-4 business days
European Union
DHL Parcel International: 2-4 working days
DHL International Goods Post: 2-8 working days

Is there tracking?
Your shipping confirmation contains a tracking number/parcel number that you can use to track the status of your order online. To do so, click the corresponding link within the shipping confirmation or directly on:
Can I change my delivery address?
You can change the delivery and billing addresses you have stored in your customer account at any time.
Please understand that your delivery address cannot be edited retroactively once your order has already been processed.
What payment methods does ARTZT offer?
We currently offer the following payment methods in our online shop: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, Union Pay, VISA, Maestro Card, MasterCard.
How does the refund for returns work?
All items in our online shop can be returned free of charge via DHL within 100 days of receipt, but only in their original condition and without any signs of wear.
Please note that we can only refund the purchase price at the time of ordering in the online shop. If the package could not be delivered by the shipping service provider, you will also be refunded for the shipping costs incurred.

How can I return items?
You can return items from our online shop free of charge within 100 days of receipt via our shipping partner DHL. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition and show no signs of wear.
How it works:
- Please fill out the enclosed return form and enclose it with your return shipment.
- Use the included return label for easy and free returns. Stick it on your package.
- Drop off the parcel at the nearest DHL branch, Packstation, or Paketbox. Find a drop-off point near you at www.dhl.de.
- Be sure to keep the original parcel delivery receipt for possible investigations.
