All items ordered in our online shop can be returned to us free of charge within 100 days of receipt via our shipping partner DHL. Please note that items can only be returned in their original condition. Accordingly, the goods must not show any signs of use. If you wish to return an item to us, please proceed as follows:

• Fill out the return form provided and enclose it with the return.
• For a simple and free return, please use the return sticker enclosed with your shipment. Stick the enclosed return sticker on your package.
• Alternatively, you can create a return label here.
• You can then drop off the package at the nearest DHL branch, Packstation or Paketbox. You can find a collection point near you at www.dhl.de
• Please be sure to keep the original parcel posting receipt for any enquiries.
