Customer Service
Your Responsibilities
- Rotating through several departments, such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Accounting, Warehouse and Logistics
- Commercial administration and customer support
- Preparation of all documents required for goods transactions
- Acquiring all knowledge required in office and retail
Your Qualifications
- Good lower secondary or intermediate secondary school certificate
- Good commercial understanding
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly demeanor
- Team spirit, enthusiasm and reliability

Logistics
Your Responsibilities
- Rotating through several departments, such as Customer Service, Accounting, Warehouse and Logistics, and Sales
- Order picking and packaging, goods receipt and inventory
- Carrying out all processes required for the movement of goods
- Acquiring all knowledge required in the warehouse
Your Qualifications
- Good secondary school certificate (Hauptschule or Realschule)
- Good organizational skills and physical fitness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly manner, and the ability to work in a team
- Technical understanding when working with IT

Marketing
After training, you will take independent responsibility for the Ludwig Artzt GmbH Instagram channel and provide operational support for marketing.
Your Responsibilities
Social Media, working independently (approx. 65%):
- Editorial planning and content creation, including graphics
- Publishing and community management
- Communication with cooperation partners
- Giveaways and trade show content
- Documentation of posts about medical devices
Trade Show and Event Support (approx. 15%):
- General organization, hotel and travel planning, management of trade show materials.
Other Projects (approx. 20%):
- Processing print ads and communicating with trade publishers
- Sending promotional materials
- Support for the ARTZT neuro Ambassador Program (approx. 1 hour per month)
- Maintenance of the image database for specialist retailers
Your Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar programs
- Good eye for design
- Independent and deadline-oriented working style
