Payment and Delivery

The following terms and conditions apply:

Deliveries are made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Switzerland.

Delivery charges (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat-rate delivery fee of €4.95 per order.

Delivery is free for orders totalling €49.00 or more.

For the dispatch of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we charge as follows:
Furniture is dispatched via a freight forwarder – €39.90
Bulky goods are dispatched via a freight forwarder – €39.90

International deliveries:

Provision of digital content:

No delivery charges apply to digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content is made available to you via a link sent by email.
This email containing the access details for the digital content will be sent within 24 hours of the contract being concluded (in the case of agreed advance payment, following the time of your payment instruction).

Digital content will be made available to you in your customer account.
This will take place within 24 hours of the contract being concluded (or, in the case of agreed advance payment, following the time of your payment instruction).
You will also be notified of this via email.

Provision of digital vouchers:

No delivery charges apply to the provision of digital vouchers.

Digital vouchers will be sent to you as a file via email within 24 hours of the contract being concluded (or, if advance payment has been agreed, following the time of your payment instruction).

Digital vouchers will be made available to you in your customer account.
They will be made available within 24 hours of the contract being concluded (or, if advance payment has been agreed, following the time of your payment instruction).
You will also be notified of this via email.

Delivery times

Unless a different timeframe is specified in the relevant offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 2–3 days, and for international deliveries within 5–7 days following the conclusion of the contract (or, if advance payment has been agreed, following the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

If paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be settled within 14 days.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
