The original TheraBand in a practical 5.50 m roll

The TheraBand is the forefather of all fitness bands. It was introduced in Germany in the early 1980s by Ludwig Artzt and subsequently spread throughout Europe. In 2006, it helped the German men's national football team with their training.

Why TheraBand?

The original TheraBand has been used for many years in sports medicine, therapy, elite and popular sports as a common training device for strength and endurance training. Suitable for young and old and all fitness levels, it is absolutely flexible for isolated or cross-muscle training.

Unlike other fitness bands, the build-up of strength is almost linear due to the particularly high-quality material and excellent workmanship.

The resistance that must be overcome during training in the individual exercises increases very evenly with the TheraBand, thus ensuring optimal training conditions.
