FAQ

What is the required distance between two suspension points?

The 4D PRO Bungee Sling Trainer has been significantly improved in many areas, including:

Reinforcement of the extension loop with improved seams
Improved elasticity of the elastic lambda bands
The screw carabiner has been replaced by a professional HMS carabiner used in climbing
Dirt-repellent outer skin
General optimisation of seams and textile quality as well as the band brakes

How do I clean and care for the 4D PRO Bungee Trainer?

Straps and loops can be cleaned with a soft cloth, lukewarm water, and a mild soap solution. If necessary, commercially available, material-friendly surface disinfectants can be used; aggressive or solvent-based cleaners should be avoided as they can damage the material. After cleaning, the system should air dry completely before being reused or stored.

Where can I attach the Bungee Trainer and what is the maximum load capacity?

The 4D PRO Bungee Trainer is attached using an HMS carabiner with a locking mechanism and can be used both on a suitable ceiling mount indoors and on sturdy branches outdoors. For home use, it should be checked beforehand whether the existing ceiling is suitable. The maximum load is 125 kg; stability and breaking load comply with DIN EN ISO 20957.

What fitness level is the 4D PRO Bungee Trainer suitable for?

The 4D PRO Bungee Trainer is suitable for almost every fitness level and age group – from beginners to professional athletes. It enables joint-friendly training of strength and endurance; the intensity, as with any sling training, can be easily adjusted by body position and weight shift. Beginners should complete their first sessions under the guidance of a trainer.

What distinguishes the 4D PRO Bungee Trainer from its predecessor?

The 4D PRO Bungee Trainer is the official successor version and has been revised in several aspects: reinforced seams on the extension loop, more stretchable elastic lambda bands, a professional HMS climbing carabiner instead of the previous screw carabiner, and a dirt-repellent outer skin. The textile quality and band brakes have also been optimized overall.
