TheraBand hand trainers are used to strengthen the hand, fingers and forearm as well as for coordination training. Thanks to the extremely resilient material, they can also be used for stress relief and for cold (refrigerator) and heat therapy (microwave, warm water).

The hand trainers are easy to clean and, thanks to five different degrees of hardness, offer a wide range of uses in therapy, sport, fitness and wellness. Their small size makes them ideal companions in everyday situations.

Welche Widerstandsstufe eignet sich für den Einstieg?

Für den Einstieg eignet sich Gelb mit dem leichtesten Widerstand. Mit zunehmender Griffkraft kannst du dich über Rot, Grün und Blau bis zu Schwarz steigern.

Wofür kann ich den Handtrainer außer zum Krafttraining noch nutzen?

Viele nutzen ihn auch zum kurzen Stressabbau zwischendurch. Durch das kälte- und wärmebeständige Material lässt er sich zudem gekühlt oder erwärmt anwenden.

Wie oft sollte ich mit dem Handtrainer trainieren?

Das hängt von deinem Trainingsstand ab. Steig lieber mit kurzen, moderaten Einheiten ein und steigere Dauer und Widerstand schrittweise, statt die Hand direkt stark zu belasten.

Hilft der Handtrainer bei Maushand, Mausarm oder Sehnenscheidenentzündung?

Der Handtrainer wird von manchen ergänzend im Training bei solchen Beschwerden eingesetzt. Bei bestehenden Beschwerden lohnt sich vorab eine Rücksprache mit einer Ärztin, einem Arzt oder einer Physiotherapie-Fachkraft.

Was unterscheidet die fünf Widerstandsstufen voneinander?

Die Stufen sind farblich von Gelb (0,68 kg, sehr leicht) bis Schwarz (7,71 kg, sehr fest) abgestuft, sodass du den Widerstand passend zu deinem aktuellen Trainingsstand wählen kannst.
