Not every hand fits every piece of exercise equipment equally well. Anyone with larger hands or limited mobility, for instance due to arthritis, often searches in vain for a hand trainer that is truly comfortable to grip. The TheraBand Hand Trainer XL was made exactly for this situation.

As a grip ball, it allows you to train your hand grip strength – a simple yet effective exercise that is easy to incorporate into your daily routine: at your desk, on the sofa, or on the go. Four resistance levels, from red/soft to black/extra-firm, allow for a starting point that matches your current hand strength and leave plenty of room to progress over time.

A special feature of the Hand Trainer XL: it can be used both chilled and warmed. Kept in the refrigerator or freezer, it is suitable for cold therapy, or if needed, it can also be used for heat therapy. This allows it to adapt flexibly to what feels right for you at the moment.
