TheraBand hand trainers are used to strengthen hands, fingers, forearms and for coordination training. Thanks to the extremely resilient material, they can also be used to reduce stress and for cold (refrigerator) and heat therapy (microwave, warm water).

The hand trainers are easy to clean and, thanks to five different degrees of hardness, offer a wide range of possible uses in therapy, sport, fitness and wellness. Their small size makes them ideal companions in everyday situations.
