Wanja, Johannes Litwinow is an athletic trainerspecializing in neurocentric training and a sports scientistwith a focus on prevention and rehabilitation. He currently applies his expertise through his company Neuromeets at the RB Leipzig youth academy and the Olympic Training Center in Saxony. In parallel, he serves as a lead instructor and coordinatorfor the International Coaching Course at the Faculty of Sport Science in Leipzig.
Wanja has gained diverse experience with the neurocentric approach, both as an athletic trainer in club environmentsand in federation settingsas well as in Olympic sports. Until 2024, he worked as an athletic trainer for the German Football Association (DFB) with the U16 and U17 junior women's national teams. Prior to that, he was responsible for the athletic and rehab training for the RB Leipzig women's first team for several years. In all areas, he systematically integrated neurocentric principles into daily training and competition, with the goal of specifically improving or supporting performance, movement efficiency, and rehabilitation progress.
In 2023, he founded Neuromeets with the aim of making neurocentric fundamentals accessible and understandable for various areas of application. The focus is on practical application in competitive sportsand rehabilitation, as well as targeted knowledge transfer through training courses, workshops, and in-house training sessions.
To pursue this goal, Wanja has worked in collaboration with ARTZT neuro as a speaker for in-house training sessions at rehabilitation clinics, physiotherapy practices, and osteopathy practices. He has also contributed his expertise at the Therapie Leipzig trade fair and the 2025 German Gymnastics Festival. The collaboration with ARTZT neuro is a logical step for him, as it is about more than just products—it is about a shared understanding of movement and its development.Together, they pursue the goal of making neurocentric content tangible and effective.
