TheTheraBand Stretching BandTheraBand is an excellent alternative to static stretching aids. Appropriate stretching, whether performed statically or dynamically, helps to fully develop muscular strength through increased flexibility. With the Stretching Band, TheraBand presents a smart solution that supports static and dynamic stretching exercises to restore range of motion after injuries or to expand it in sports and everyday life.

Mobilization and flexibility play a particularly important role in rehabilitation. The stretching band is helpful here, as its color coding and eight loops provide trainers and trainees with useful handling standards and offer comprehensible progression levels.

The material can be stretched by approximately 35%, thus enabling a particularly gentle and more precisely controlled stretching.
