The Easy Balance Test by ARTZT thepro is a motor skills test for assessing proactive balance. The EBT is a dynamic test that is performed in a one-leg stance and requires balance, strength, mobility, core control and proprioception.

The Easy Balance Test was developed in a research project at the University of Potsdam in collaboration with the Institute for Applied Training Science in Leipzig and in cooperation with ARTZT.
