WHAT STRENGTH DO I NEED?

With the ARTZT thepro fitness band you can choose between 5 color-coded strengths:

  • Grey | X-Light: 2.5 kg | Therapy and rehabilitation after injuries
  • Light blue | Light: 5 kg | Therapy and rehabilitation, children's training
  • Blue | Medium: 6 kg | All-rounder for recreational sports
  • Dark blue | Heavy: 7 kg | Demanding Workout
  • Black | X-Heavy: 10 kg | Strength training and intensive fitness training

The kilogram measurements refer to a stretch of 100%. The higher the resistance, the more force you need to stretch the band.
