The Duoball is still the favorite among the fascia balls for many people. With the new DuoHolz from ARTZT vitality, you are not only doing something for your health, but you are also helping the environment. The double fascia ball is made of German beech wood, which was processed in a factory and surface-treated by hand. The Duoball is ideal for treating parallel muscle strands on your back, neck, shoulders, arms and legs.

There is a recess in the middle of the massage roller that relieves the strain on the spine during fascia exercises for the back. Two straps made of skin-friendly silicone ensure the right hold during fascia fitness, which keep the wooden roller on the track, prevent it from slipping and, on top of that, protect your floor when rolling.
