What size is the BLACKROLL pillow?
The Recovery Pillow is suitable for back, side and front sleepers. By rotating and repositioning it, you can create four sleeping positions with different head heights and levels of neck support. The head recess relieves pressure on the spine in all positions — front sleepers benefit from the fact that their neck is not overextended.
How do I use the 4 positions correctly?
By simply rotating and flipping the pillow, you get four positions with different head heights and neck support. Positions 1 and 2 are for back sleepers, positions 3 and 4 for side sleepers. As a general rule: the wider your shoulders and the firmer your mattress, the higher the pillow side should be. Try all variations during the first few nights - your body will quickly tell you what it prefers.
What's the difference between Recovery Pillow and Recovery Pillow Plus?
The Recovery Pillow Plus (60 × 40 × 6–13 cm) is larger and can be individually adjusted for height and firmness thanks to three removable layers — suitable for all age groups and body types. It is primarily designed for use at home and is not intended for travel. The classic Recovery Pillow (50 × 30 × 11 cm) is the more compact, travel-friendly option — it can be rolled up to 36 × 12 cm and stowed away in a travel bag.

How do I clean my BLACKROLL pillow?
You can wash the pillowcase in the washing machine at 40 °C. Please do not wash the foam core itself – it can be wiped with a damp cloth if necessary. Air out the pillow regularly to prevent moisture and odors.
The pillow smells after unpacking - is that normal?
Yes, this is completely normal. The subtle inherent odor is caused by natural oils in the memory foam and is not harmful to your health. It usually dissipates after 24 - 48 hours of airing out. If you are sensitive to smells, simply leave the pillow out for a day before using it for the first time.
