PowerBlock was the world's first adjustable dumbbell and is now the first choice for fitness and personal trainers. The PowerBlock system replaces complete dumbbell racks and is therefore the ideal weight system for strength training in the home gym.

The patented selector pin of the dumbbell system allows you to adjust the weight in seconds without having to change the dumbbell. Each dumbbell can be adjusted from 1.8 to 14.5 kg with a single movement. A single pair of PowerBlock Pro 32 dumbbells replaces 8 conventional pairs of dumbbells. The design is compact and optimally balanced. You don't need a dumbbell rack. You just need PowerBlock!
