LATEX-FREE THERABAND

The latex-free TheraBand exercise band was modeled on the unique resistance properties of the original latex exercise band from TheraBand. It does justice to the market-leading system of progressive resistance. In addition, it is powder and odor free. The color coding is analogous to the classic exercise band and therefore offers all users familiar handling.

The 45 m roll is ideal for professional use in physiotherapy or rehabilitation.

The TheraBand is the granddaddy of all fitness bands. It was introduced in Germany in the early 1980s by Ludwig Artzt and then spread throughout Europe. In 2006 it helped the German men's national soccer team train.

WHY THERABAND?

The original TheraBand has been a common training device for strength and endurance training in sports medicine, therapy, elite and popular sports for many years. Suitable for young and old and all fitness levels, it can be used absolutely flexibly for isolated or cross-muscle training.

In contrast to other fitness bands, the strength buildup is almost linear due to the particularly high-quality material and the excellent workmanship.

The resistance that has to be overcome during training in the individual exercises increases very evenly with the TheraBand and thus ensures optimal training conditions.

Beige | Very light: 1.1 kg - rehabilitation and reconstruction

Which TheraBand is right for me?

You can find the TheraBand in a total of eight different strengths. You should be able to repeat an exercise 15 times with your TheraBand before noticeable fatigue occurs. If you can do more or less, try a stronger or weaker band.

You can find the TheraBand in the following strengths:

Can my TheraBand tear?

Yes. TheraBands are natural products made from latex, whose elasticity decreases over time. The durability depends heavily on care and frequency of use. If damage such as tears, holes, etc. is visible, you should replace your band immediately.

If you use it regularly and frequently, you should usually replace the TheraBand after approx. 1 - 2 months.

How much can I stretch my TheraBand?

You should not stretch your TheraBand more than 300%. You should therefore not stretch a 2.50 m long band more than 7.50 m long.

What material is the TheraBand made of?

Latex TheraBandsare natural products made from pure latex. The original TheraBands are free of any harmful substances such as plasticizers and the like. Please note, however, that the latex can cause allergic reactions. The product is tested by the FDA (American Food Inspection). The material was treated with talc/powder after production and should also be regularly cared for with talc/powder during use.

Latex-free TheraBandsare made of synthetic rubber, which is also suitable for people with latex allergies. It is easy to clean and does not need to be treated with talc afterwards.
