Latex-free: According to the manufacturer, the band is not made from natural rubber latex. This is the alternative if you do not want to or cannot use latex.
Seven resistance levels in the familiar color code: From yellow to gold, you can increase the resistance level by level.
Roll with 22.85 m: Enough band for many participants or patients; you cut off the length you need.
Powder- and odor-free: Pleasant to use, even in enclosed spaces.
For practice, rehab, and athletic training: From gentle exercises to demanding strength training.
Comparable tensile properties to latex bands: According to the manufacturer, the tensile strength and stretch correspond to those of latex bands.

Product description

THERABAND has been the exercise band for therapy, rehab, and training for decades. This band is the latex-free version on a roll: You get 22.85 m of band and cut it as needed. This is practical for physiotherapy practices, rehab and sports facilities, or anyone who needs several bands of the same strength.

Latex-free and made for daily use

According to the manufacturer, the material contains no natural rubber latex. The band is also powder-free and odorless. The manufacturer states that it exhibits the same tensile strength and stretch properties as latex bands when used repeatedly. If a latex allergy is known to exist in you or your patients, please consult a doctor before use.

Seven strengths with color coding

Like the classic THERABAND, the color indicates the strength. The resistance increases with each level, allowing you to adjust the training gradually. As a rule of thumb for choosing the strength: You should be able to perform an exercise cleanly about 15 times. You can find a detailed explanation of the colors on our page TheraBand Colors: Which strength do I need?

You receive a roll of 22.85 m. Due to production, the delivery may arrive in multiple pieces. If you would like more band in one piece, check out the latex-free 45-m roll. Which THERABAND is right for which goal is explained in our comparison, and you can find training ideas in the THERABAND exercises.

FAQ

Is the THERABAND latex-free?

Yes. According to the manufacturer, the band is not made of natural rubber latex. If you have a known latex allergy, please consult your doctor before use.

Are latex-free bands as good as latex bands?

According to the manufacturer, the band provides the same resistance and exhibits the same stretch properties as latex bands with repeated use. You’ll know the color code from the classic THERABAND.

What color do I need?

That depends on your goal and fitness level. Choose a resistance level with which you can perform an exercise cleanly about 15 times. You can find an overview of all colors on the page TheraBand Comparison – Which One Is Right for You?
