Product description

Those who have already trained with the TheraBand and feel that the resistance has become too light will find the next step in this set: two strong levels of the latex-free TheraBand system, Blue and Black, each 1.50 m long. Both bands are suitable for more demanding strength training, larger muscle groups and a noticeably more intense training experience than the lighter color levels.

Like all latex-free TheraBands, these two strengths are also manufactured without natural rubber latex. For people with a known latex allergy or sensitive skin, this is an important criterion that many classic fitness bands do not meet. The latex-free formulation is powder and odor-free and is based on the resistance properties of the original latex exercise band, so the training experience is hardly different from the classic latex band.

The color coding follows the internationally established TheraBand system: Blue marks a high resistance for more demanding recreational sports and targeted strength building, Black represents the highest level in the set and is aimed at advanced athletes in strength training. Both bands can be used individually or alternately, for example, to vary between exercises with different strength requirements within a training plan.

What do the colors of the TheraBand mean?

How strong is the blue TheraBand?
