Therabody WaveDuo – The duo ball for intensive fascia training with vibration

The Therabody WaveDuo fascia ball is the ideal companion for an extended warm-up or regeneration programme. It rolls over fascia and muscle tissue and, thanks to its central recess, is particularly suitable for massaging the back and neck.

WaveDuo combines traditional foam rolling, powerful vibrations and an ergonomic design to train the back and neck muscles along the spine. It helps to release tension, improve mobility and speed up recovery.

Five powerful vibration frequencies and the innovative wave profile reach even hard-to-reach deeper areas. The ergonomic design adapts vibration and pressure to the individual shape of the lower/middle back, upper body and neck.
