Compact NeuroStation NS2 – Wall-mountable Tracking System for Visual Feedback Training

The Compact NeuroStation NS2 is the space-saving version of the MotionGuidance NeuroStation system and is aimed at physical therapy practices, rehabilitation facilities, and training rooms where there is no space for a freestanding stand system. Instead of a pop-up frame, the NS2 uses a robust, 5×5 foot tracking banner mounted directly to the wall – creating a permanently ready-to-use training area that requires no additional floor space.

The core of the system is the patented Slide Technology: The MotionGuidance Interactive Pods can be freely moved on the banner and precisely aligned to the desired target position. This allows therapists to adjust exercise stimuli in a matter of seconds – for example, to increase the reach of an arm, turn the head further to the side, or specifically address asymmetrical movement patterns. This flexibility distinguishes the NeuroStation from static target systems and enables a high degree of individual adaptation within a treatment session.

In combination with the MotionGuidance Interactive Pods, this creates versatile training scenarios for balance, reaction, and sensorimotor training – from neurological rehabilitation (e.g., after a stroke, with Parkinson's disease, or as part of gait training) to fall prevention in elderly patients, performance diagnostics, and agility training in sports. Control is via the MotionGuidance App, which offers a free basic version with several game modes as well as a paid Clinician subscription with extended exercise variants.

The Compact NeuroStation NS2 is particularly suitable for practices that want to integrate an interactive, app-supported feedback system into their permanent treatment room without resorting to a complex stand system. As with all MotionGuidance products, the application does not replace medical or therapeutic diagnostics but complements existing treatment concepts with an objective, visual feedback element.
