Product description

The Bodytrainer Tubing transfers the original TheraBand resistance system into a round, robust tube with firmly attached handles at both ends. Unlike the classic flat band or the version with flexible handles, the handle here remains fixed and does not rotate with the movement of the hand. This ensures a particularly stable, controlled grip – practical for exercises where a consistent pulling direction is important, such as rowing movements or targeted rotational exercises of the shoulder.

Like the entire TheraBand system, this tubing is also color-coded by resistance and available in all six levels: from yellow (light) through red, green, blue, black to silver (special heavy). This allows the appropriate intensity to be selected for almost every training level and application – from the first movement exercise in rehab to intensive strength training.

The Bodytrainer Tubing is made from natural latex. Those with a latex allergy or who prefer a latex-free product will find a suitable alternative without natural rubber latex in the latex-free TheraBand sets.

What is the difference between fixed and flexible grips?

Fixed handles are rigidly connected to the tube and remain fixed during movement – ideal for exercises with a constant pulling direction, such as rowing or shoulder rotation. Flexible handles, on the other hand, allow for more freedom of movement in the wrist.

Does the Bodytrainer Tubing contain latex?

Yes, the tubing is made of natural latex and is therefore not suitable for people with latex allergies. Latex-free TheraBand sets offer a latex-free alternative.

What resistance level should I choose?

That depends on your fitness level: yellow and red are suitable for beginners and rehabilitation, green and blue for ongoing training, and black and silver for intensive strength training.
