Product description

THERABAND Tubing is an elastic tube for strength and mobilization exercises. You can use it for training the upper body, arms, and shoulders, in rehabilitation, and for general fitness and conditioning training. As a 7.50 m roll, it is particularly convenient if you want to cut the tubing to the right length yourself, for example for practice, training, or your own custom configurations.

You will receive a 7.50 m roll. The tubing can be cut to size as needed. Due to production reasons, delivery may occur in multiple pieces. Each piece is at least 2.4 m long.

Which strength is right for you?

The color indicates the strength of the tubing. A simple rule of thumb: You should be able to perform an exercise cleanly about 15 times. If you can do significantly more, take a stronger level. If you can do fewer, choose a lighter one. In the table you can see what the strengths are intended for. The tubing consists of 100% natural latex. If you have a known latex allergy, please clarify the use with your doctor beforehand.

What strength do I need?

This depends on your level of practice and fitness. Choose a resistance level that you can perform cleanly for about 15 repetitions. The lighter levels (yellow, red) are frequently used in therapy and rehabilitation, while the stronger levels (blue to silver) are used in strength and athletic training.

Does the roll come in one piece?

Not always. Due to production constraints, the roll may be delivered in sections. Each section is at least 2.4 m long. The total length is 7.50 m.

Does the tubing contain latex?

Yes, it is made of 100% natural latex. If you have a known latex allergy, please consult your doctor before use.

What is the difference compared to the Bodytrainer Tubing?

The role is sold by the metre and needs to be cut to size. The Bodytrainer Tubing comes pre-fitted with handles, so you don't need to cut it yourself.

What is the difference compared to the 30.50 m roll?

It is the same tubing, just in a different roll length. The 30.50 m roll is worth it if you need larger quantities, for example for a practice or a studio.
