How do you use a Theragun correctly?

The Theragun is applied with light to moderate pressure, while the device does the work. You move it slowly over the muscles (approximately 2–6 cm per second). Typical treatment duration is 1–2 minutes per muscle group, with a maximum of 15 minutes per session.

It is recommended not to apply directly to bones, joints, or injured tissue. The application can be used before activities for activation or afterward for regeneration.

An app shows guided routines, optimal speeds, and recommended attachments for different muscle groups.

Therabody relies on a precise, scientifically developed percussion mechanism with defined amplitude (16 mm for the larger models), high stall force and particularly controlled motor power.
