The Bosuball should be around 25 cm high when inflated and lying on its flat side. You can easily check this by turning your BOSU over and then inflating it to a height of 21 cm. Its own weight compresses the ball by another 4 cm. Simply use the horizontal side of an A4 sheet of paper as a reference for the height.

All BOSUs in our current range can each hold up to 136 kg.

The BOSU Balance Trainer should be stored at normal room temperature between 18 and 22 °C, away from direct sunlight and not exposed to extreme heat (> 40 °C) or cold (< 5 °C) for long periods of time. The plastic bladder can lose its elasticity at extreme temperatures, which may compromise safety during training.

Please note the following when stacking several BOSUs on top of each other:
If you want to stack several BOSU Balance Trainers on top of each other, please make sure to always stack them bubble to bubble or plastic base to plastic base. The bubble can be damaged by prolonged contact with the underside of another Bosu ball.
