BOSU Sports Balance Trainer

The BOSU Ball is a unique combination of exercise ball and balance trainer. You can use it to practice balance and stability exercises, as well as strengthening exercises for your arms and legs. It also improves your coordination.

BOSU stands for “both sides utilized.” This means that you can use the BOSU ball on both sides.

That depends entirely on your preferences. In general:

BOSU NexGen: Professional version with a coordinate system on the surface. Perfect for athletes and sports enthusiasts who value perfect alignment of their hands and feet.

Your BOSU ball should be stored at normal room temperature between 18 and 22 °C without direct sunlight and should not be exposed to extreme heat (> 40 °C) or cold (< 5 °C) for long periods of time. The plastic bladder can lose its elasticity at extreme temperatures, which means that safe training can no longer be guaranteed.

Please note the following when stacking several BOSUs on top of each other:

If you want to stack several BOSU Balance Trainers on top of each other, please make sure to always stack them bubble on bubble or plastic base on plastic base. The bubble can be damaged by prolonged contact with the underside of another Bosu ball.
