The BOSU NexGen Pro Balance Trainer has a structured dome with 4 areas that facilitate grip and positioning of your hands and feet. This allows you to achieve precise body position during cardio, agility, strength, core, balance or mobility exercises.

The special structured surface of the BOSU NexGen Pro ensures better grip for feet and hands and a more pleasant feel during balance training. Thanks to the markings, symmetrical positioning of hands and feet becomes easier and more precise.

How high do I have to inflate my BOSU Balance Trainer?

The Bosuball should be around 25 cm high when inflated and lying on its flat side. You can easily check this by turning your BOSU over and then inflating it to a height of 21 cm. Its own weight compresses the ball by another 4 cm. Simply use the horizontal side of an A4 sheet of paper as a reference for the height.

How many kilograms can I load on my BOSU?

All BOSUs in our current range can each hold up to 136 kg.

How do I store the BOSU Balance Trainer?

The BOSU Balance Trainer should be stored at normal room temperature between 18 and 22 °C, away from direct sunlight and not exposed to extreme heat (> 40 °C) or cold (< 5 °C) for long periods of time. The plastic bladder can lose its elasticity at extreme temperatures, which may compromise safety during training.

Please note the following when stacking several BOSUs on top of each other:
If you want to stack several BOSU Balance Trainers on top of each other, please make sure to always stack them bubble to bubble or plastic base to plastic base. The bubble can be damaged by prolonged contact with the underside of another Bosu ball.
