The original BOSU balance trainer

BOSU Balance Trainer, the unique combination of exercise ball, balance board and platform, was developed to round off stabilization and strengthening exercises and to specifically train the coordination aspects of many movements.

The effect: greater performance in sports, in everyday life and at work thanks to improved body control and posture. You will be encouraged to instinctively seek the ideal balance during your exercises with the BOSU ball.

The soft surface material, the slight curvature of the hemisphere and the stable, side-gripable base ensure the highest level of safety during training. Its underside is made of a patented, non-slip material. The plastic frame is particularly stable thanks to the double injection molding process. This makes the BOSU Pro the ideal companion in the gym, for personal trainers or physiotherapists.

How high do I have to inflate my BOSU Balance Trainer?

The Bosuball should be around 25 cm high when inflated and lying on its flat side. You can easily check this by turning your BOSU over and then inflating it to a height of 21 cm. Its own weight compresses the ball by another 4 cm. Simply use the horizontal side of an A4 sheet of paper as a reference for the height.

How do I properly care for the BOSU Balance Trainer?

If the BOSU Balance Trainer is dirty, it can be easily wiped down with a mild soapy water and a soft cloth/sponge cloth. Under no circumstances should harsh, abrasive cleaning agents be used.
