The BOSU Pro Balance Trainer is a unique combination of exercise ball and balance pad. The Bosuball was developed to complement stabilisation and strengthening exercises and to specifically train the coordinative aspects of many movements.

The result: improved performance in sports, everyday life and at work thanks to better body control and posture. The BOSU Ball encourages you to instinctively seek the ideal balance during your exercises.

The soft surface material, the slight curvature of the hemisphere and the stable, side-grip base ensure maximum safety during training.

The underside of the half ball is made of a patented, non-slip material. The plastic frame is particularly stable thanks to a double injection moulding process. This makes the BOSU Pro the ideal companion in the gym, for personal trainers or for physiotherapists.

How do I properly store my BOSU ball?

Your BOSU ball should be stored at normal room temperature between 18 and 22 °C without direct sunlight and should not be exposed to extreme heat (> 40 °C) or cold (< 5 °C) for long periods of time. The plastic bladder can lose its elasticity at extreme temperatures, which means that safe training can no longer be guaranteed.

Please note the following when stacking several BOSUs on top of each other:

If you want to stack several BOSU Balance Trainers on top of each other, please make sure to always stack them bubble on bubble or plastic base on plastic base. The bubble can be damaged by prolonged contact with the underside of another Bosu ball.
