The Balance Pad – the smart solution for stability training

The Balance Pad from ARTZT thepro is the all-rounder for every active person. The fact that almost everyone spends most of their daily lives on smooth, hard and therefore extremely stable surfaces means that the foot muscles are not sufficiently exercised.

This lack of training stimulus inevitably leads to weak foot muscles, a structural problem of the musculoskeletal system. Among other things, the muscular weakness in our feet is also responsible for the deterioration of neuromuscular control, which not only increases joint stress but also reduces energy efficiency.
