After purchasing a gift voucher, you will automatically receive an email to the address you provided after receipt of payment. Click here on “View Gift Voucher”. You will then be taken to the online shop, where you can copy the code shown and redeem it on the products of your choice. Your remaining credit will also be displayed here.

Please note that express checkout is not available for gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers are purely digital products. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer printed gift cards or PDF templates for printing.

When you purchase a gift voucher, you can make a loved one happy if you wish. That's how it works:

1. Before you click "Add to Cart", check the box "I would like to send this as a gift" directly above it.
2. Here you can now enter a desired email address and, optionally, a name, a shipping date (e.g. the recipient's birthday) and a greeting message.
3. Then order the gift voucher by clicking on “Add to Cart”.
4. After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation and another email with all the information you provided as well as the voucher code of the gift voucher you purchased.

Gutscheine sind grundsätzlich drei Jahre gültig. Gerechnet werden die drei Jahre ab dem Ende des Jahres, in dem der Gutschein ausgestellt wurde.

Eine Barauszahlung eines gekauften Geschenkgutscheins ist leider nicht möglich.
