Gymstick Original - Barbell training without weights

The Gymstick Original is a simple, effective and versatile training device for barbell training. Use it for squats, curls or deadlifts - and without a single heavy weight plate or bar! The training bar can be used for all exercises that can be carried out with free weights and also offers possibilities for multi-joint exercises. The Gymstick is the perfect workout partner for strength training at home.

When training at home, the Gymstick replaces a complete barbell set. And if you want to have it with you for your full body workout on the go, that's no problem either: thanks to the quick lock mechanism, simply disassemble it into two parts and fold the training rod together to save space. And off we go with the dumbbell training!

The Gymstick is color coded. Each color represents a certain resistance. This is how you can quickly and easily find the right gym stick for you:

Green | Light: Therapy, new entry (1 – 10 kg)
Blue | medium: Fitness, return to work (1 – 15 kg)
Black | Difficult:Fitness, advanced training (1 – 20 kg)
Silver | Very difficult:Strength-oriented training (1 – 25 kg)
Gold | Super Hard:Competitive sports, strength sports (1 – 30 kg)

What is a Gymstick?

The Gymstick Original is a simple, effective and versatile training device for barbell training. Use it for squats, curls or deadlifts – without dumbbells or a barbell. The resistance is generated by the two latex tubes, similar to a TheraBand.

Is a Gymstick useful?

If you want to do typical long arm exercises, such as deadlifts or squats, but also want to avoid heavy weights, the Gymstick is the right fitness tool for you.

Which Gymstick is right for me?

The Gymstick is colour-coded. Each colour represents a specific resistance level. This makes it quick and easy to find the right Gymstick for you:

Green | Light: Therapy, beginners (1–10 kg)

Blue | Medium: Fitness, returning to exercise (1–15 kg)

Black | Heavy: Fitness, advanced training (1–20 kg)

Silver | Very heavy: Strength-oriented training (1–25 kg)

Gold | Super heavy: Competitive sports, weight training (1–30 kg)

The bands on my Gymstick are broken. Where can I find replacements?

You can find replacement tubing for your Gymstick Original here in our online shop.

How can I fold up my Gymstick?

In the middle of the bar, you will find a button under the padding. When you press this button, you can separate the bar into two parts and easily fold it up.
To train, simply put the two parts back together again. Make sure you hear the ‘click’ when the two parts lock into place.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will usually arrive within 1-3 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email.

How much are the delivery charges?

Within Germany, you pay a flat shipping fee of €4.95. Orders over €49 are delivered free of charge within Germany.
