What do the TheraBand colours mean?
TheraBand is the inventor and developer of the Trusted Progression™ System, a precise, colour-coded system of resistance levels that are tensile tested and validated to ensure the integrity of the band.

Which TheraBand is right for me?
Choosing the right TheraBand colour depends on your fitness level. You should be able to repeat an exercise with the band about 15 times. If you are significantly above or below this value, choose a stronger or weaker band.
