With the ARTZT neuro breathing trainer, Artzt presents a versatile training device that can not only optimize the performance of athletes, but also promote relaxation. With flexible adjustment options, it opens up new avenues in neuroathletic and therapeutic practice.

Dornburg, January 22, 2024 - Ludwig Artzt GmbH, a leading provider of high-quality small fitness equipment, is expanding its range of neurocentric training products to include a breathing trainer. The product was developed in collaboration with CEGLA Medizintechnik GmbH, a market leader for patented respiratory therapy and training equipment, and offers an innovative way to specifically strengthen the respiratory muscles.

Versatile tool for therapy and neuroathletic training

As a practical "2 in 1" solution, the ARTZT neuro breathing trainer not only serves as a relaxation aid with a focus on exhalation, but also as an effective lung trainer for inhalation with sound and vibrations. The cooperation with Cegla guarantees the high quality standard of this device, which is declared as a medical product.

Developed specifically for the ARTZT neuro brand portfolio, the breathing trainer clearly outperforms conventional breathing training tools with its seven levels of stenosis. These additional functions make the compact tool a flexible aid in therapy and neuroathletic training and open up a wide range of possible applications.

Breathing training for top athletic performance

In sports, the ARTZT neuro breathing trainer can help athletes to specifically increase their performance by improving lung capacity. This gives endurance athletes a decisive advantage, as they can take in more oxygen. At the same time, the device promotes a deeper and more controlled breathing technique, which can optimize the efficiency of breathing during intensive training sessions or competitions. In addition, the breathing trainer helps to adapt the respiratory muscles to different loads, which can reduce respiratory fatigue and shortness of breath.

Stress management and improved respiratory system

In addition to improving athletic performance, the new breathing device from Artzt is also suitable for stress management. In stressful situations, many people tend to breathe shallowly and quickly. Consciously breathing out slowly with the breathing trainer not only deepens breathing, but also activates the parasympathetic nervous system. The training can provide calm and relaxation. This technology also enables improved regeneration after sport, helping athletes get fit again more quickly.

Precise training intensity and increased lung function

The ARTZT neuro breathing trainer has a membrane that allows the breathing resistance to be individually adjusted, which allows a sensitive increase in the intensity of the exercise. This function can also help to make the application less strenuous, while at the same time optimizing lung function through regular training.

Product launch at TheraPro in Stuttgart

The ARTZT neuro breathing trainer, produced in Germany, will be presented at the TheraPro in Stuttgart (January 26th - January 28th, 2024) at the Artzt stand in Hall 6, Stand 6D40. It will be available at launch in the brand shop at artztneuro.com for 49.95 euros (RRP).
