The Bosuball should be around 25 cm high when inflated and lying on its flat side. You can easily check this by turning your BOSU over and then inflating it to a height of 21 cm. Its own weight compresses the ball by another 4 cm. Simply use the horizontal side of an A4 sheet of paper as a reference for the height.

If the BOSU Balance Trainer is dirty, it can be easily wiped down with a mild soapy water and a soft cloth/sponge cloth. Under no circumstances should harsh, abrasive cleaning agents be used.

The bladder of the BOSU Balance Trainer is made of high-quality vinyl. It is free of harmful phthalates, cadmium and lead. Phthalates are often used as plasticizers in plastics. They are suspected of damaging the liver, kidneys and reproductive organs and also acting like a hormone in the body.

BOSU balance trainers are made in the USA.

No, all BOSUs are suitable for every body size.

The BOSU Balance Trainer should be stored at normal room temperature between 18 and 22 °C without direct sunlight and should not be permanently exposed to extreme heat (> 40 °C) or cold (< 5 °C). The plastic bladder can lose its elasticity at extreme temperatures, meaning safe training can no longer be guaranteed.

If you want to stack several BOSU Balance Trainers on top of each other, please make sure to always stack them bubble on bubble or plastic base on plastic base. The bladder can be damaged by sustained contact with the bottom of another Bosuball.

Due to the risk of falling when practicing with or on balance trainers of any kind, we advise against balance or coordination training during pregnancy.

Furthermore, the ball should not be stored in direct sunlight or in high heat for a long period of time, as this would negatively affect the material properties.

The BOSU Balance Trainer is made of durable vinyl and a sturdy plastic base. If the vinyl bladder does become irreparably damaged, it can easily be replaced. A new purchase of the entire Bosuball is therefore not necessary.
