application and storage
How high should the BOSU Balance Trainer be inflated?
The BOSU Balance Trainer should be about 25 cm high when inflated and lying on its flat side. The easiest way to achieve this is to turn the Balance Trainer upside down and inflate it to a height of 21 cm while lying on the ball, as the ball is compressed about 4 cm under its own weight. Simply use the short side of an A4 sheet of paper as a reference for the height.
Where can the BOSU Balance Trainer be used?
The BOSU Balance Trainer enables varied balance and coordination training and also offers a wide range of uses for cardio, core and abdominal muscle training. The BOSU Balance Trainer must stand on a stable, horizontal surface and the user needs about 4 square meters of space for effective training.
Does my height play a role in training with the BOSU Balance Trainer?
No, all BOSU balance trainers are suitable for any body size.
How do I store the BOSU Balance Trainer?
The BOSU Balance Trainer should be stored at a normal room temperature between 18 and 22 °C without direct sunlight (heat development behind window panes!) and should not be exposed to extreme heat (> 40 °C) or cold (< 5 °C) for long periods of time, as the plastic bladder of the BOSU Balance Trainer loses its elasticity in extreme temperatures and safe training is no longer guaranteed.
If you want to stack several BOSU Balance Trainers on top of each other, please ensure that you always stack them bladder on bladder or plastic base on plastic base.
How do I properly care for the BOSU Balance Trainer?
When dirty, the BOSU Balance Trainer can be easily wiped off with a mild soapy water dispenser and a soft cloth/sponge cloth. Under no circumstances should sharp, abrasive cleaning agents be used.
