What is cryotherapy?
Cryotherapy refers to the targeted use of cold in the therapeutic area. Cryotherapy creates a cool sensation that is sent through the nerves to the brain. It reaches the brain faster than pain or warmth. In contrast to conventional ice therapy, the use of Ice Power does not constrict the vessels, which means that the blood flow continues to be guaranteed.
