How do I use TheraFace PRO and the individual facial care treatments?
Before you get started, there are a few important things you should keep in mind:
Each facial treatment can be used for a maximum of 8 minutes, with the exception of percussive therapy. The device will beep three times to indicate that the maximum time has been reached.
The device will beep after 15 seconds (every facial except percussive attachments) to indicate that you should point the device at a different part of your face. The device will beep twice to indicate if the ring or attachment is not properly attached or has been accidentally removed.
The center ring button on the device controls the intensity settings of the microcurrent attachment, LED light therapy ring, and hot and cold rings (sold separately). The top button controls the speed of the percussive attachments and the cleansing ring.

What is facial health and why does TheraFace offer real facial health therapy for the face?
The facial care also goes down to the skin. Daily stress and tension affect the entire body, and the face is no exception. Facial care also goes beyond beauty and includes everything from your complexion to the underlying facial muscles.
TheraFace PRO goes where no other facial device has gone before. It brings Therabody's renowned technology behind percussive therapy to the face to reduce tension, relax facial muscles and nourish the face at the deepest level - a thorough facial treatment for the whole face. This all-in-one facial care device offers more science-backed treatments than any other device - from skin-tightening microcurrent therapy to rejuvenating light therapy to a revolutionary new method for deep facial cleansing.
And because every face is unique, we equipped the device with an easy-to-use magnetic ring system that allows you to seamlessly switch between treatments and even combine them. As your needs change, the TheraFace PRO changes with you. It's time to go beyond beauty, because true facial care also goes under the skin.
What makes the TheraFace PRO different from other facial treatment devices?
Not only does TheraFace PRO offer more treatments than any other facial device (8-in-1, to be exact), but there has never been a device that has adapted percussive therapy for the face.
As a device that offers benefits for your complexion and the health of the underlying facial muscles, it is a true pioneer in the new facial health category. And with the modular ring attachments, multiple treatments can be applied simultaneously for the ultimate personalized routine.
How similar is TheraFace therapy for the face to percussive therapy with Theragun?
We pioneered percussive therapy over a decade ago and have now adapted the same renowned technology behind Theragun for a relaxing facial massage. With an amplitude of 3 mm, TheraFace PRO safely and gently relieves stress, tension and mild facial pain and discomfort.
Just as each Theragun attachment is precisely tailored to the body's unique physiology, TheraFace attachments are precisely tailored to the unique structure and contours of the face. The flat attachment can generally be used on the entire face, neck and chest area. The cone attachment allows for more precise treatment of target areas such as nasolabial folds, pressure points and the eye area. The Micro-Point attachment increases blood circulation in larger areas such as the forehead, cheeks and chest.
How do I clean TheraFace and the attachments?
TheraFace PRO is waterproof and should only be wiped with a damp cloth or alcohol-free cleaning cloth. Do not completely submerge the device in water as it is not completely waterproof.
The TheraFace PRO attachments should also be wiped with a damp cloth or alcohol-free cleaning cloth, but should not be immersed in water. The Deep Cleansing Ring is the only attachment that is completely waterproof and can be completely washed with water.
Can TheraFace PRO help with TMJ or other facial pain?
Temporomandibular disorder (TMD) is a condition that should be diagnosed by a doctor. TheraFace PRO is a great solution to relieve tension, relax facial muscles and relieve minor facial and jaw pain. However, for certain illnesses and treatments, we recommend that you consult a doctor before using the device.
Can TheraFace PRO help with acne?
The blue light setting of the TheraFace LED light ring helps with mild to moderate acne, but should not be used at the same time as percussive therapy attachments.
Can TheraFace PRO help with wrinkles or signs of aging?
TheraFace PRO is clinically proven to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. In fact, 89% of clinical trial participants observed a reduction in wrinkles and/or unhealthy-looking skin*.
The microcurrent attachment uses a gentle, low-level electrical current to stimulate muscles and tighten and firm skin. It improves muscle tone and contours of the face and neck while gently stimulating the face to firm and tone the skin, giving it a youthful glow. The Red and Red + IR settings of the LED light therapy ring are intended for reducing wrinkles around the eyes.
