The 4D PRO Bungee Sling Trainer enables smooth movements that are easy on the joints. Its four elastic lambda bands adapt to your body weight and support or intensify your training individually – regardless of your fitness level. Developed by Dr Homayun Gharavi based on his experience with professional athletes, the trainer combines health and efficiency in one device.

The delivery includes everything you need for your bungee fitness training: four elastic lambda bands, two versatile neoprene loops (can also be used as waist belts or seats), two handles, two length-adjustable rigid legs, a ceiling carabiner, a tree loop with extension loop and a info brochure.

The 4D PRO Bungee Trainer is not only suitable for strength training, but also for therapy. Its elastic properties support therapists in quickly restoring movement – ideal for any phase of rehabilitation. The maximum load capacity is 125 kilograms.
