Stable door anchor for training with the ARTZT thepro HRT. The nylon strap is clamped between the closed door and the door frame against the opening direction, allowing a high resistance workout even within the comfort of your own home. Any HRT resistance trainer can be easily hooked into the stable loop and then combined with a handle, leg loop or shoulder strap.

Stabiler Türanker für das Training mit dem ARTZT thepro HRT. Der Nylongurt wird entgegen der Öffnungsrichtung oben zwischen geschlossener Tür und Türzarge geklemmt und ermöglicht so ein High Resistance Workout auch in den heimischen vier Wänden.

In die stabile Schlaufe kann jeder HRT Widerstandstrainer einfach eingehakt und dann mit Griff, Beinschlaufe oder Schultergurt kombiniert werden.
