The nylon strap is clamped between the closed door and the door frame against the opening direction, allowing a high resistance workout even within the comfort of your own home. Any HRT resistance trainer can be easily hooked into the stable loop and then combined with a handle, leg loop or shoulder strap.

In die stabile Schlaufe kann jeder HRT Widerstandstrainer einfach eingehakt und dann mit Griff, Beinschlaufe oder Schultergurt kombiniert werden.
