The ARTZT thepro Easy Balance Test is a sports motor test to assess proactive balance. The EBT is a dynamic test performed in a single-legged position that requires balance, strength, flexibility, core control and proprioception.

The Easy Balance Test was developed in a research project at the University of Potsdam together with the Institute for Applied Training Science in Leipzig in cooperation with ARTZT.
