HRT fitness band

The HRT was specially developed for particularly demanding resistance training. Where conventional fitness bands end, HRT only begins - depending on the length and color, you can train with up to 70 kg of pulling force:

• Green: 16.8 kg (1.20 m) or 45 kg (2.50 m) pulling force
• Blue: 17.8 kg (1.20 m) or 62 kg (2.50 m) pulling force
• Black: 23 kg (1.20 m) or 70 kg (2.50 m) pulling force

The tensile forces were calculated based on three times the stretch. The textile cover of the HRT does not allow any more stretching. So you do not run the risk of overstretching the straps.
