Exercise ball sizes

Choosing the right exercise ball size depends on your height. The taller you are, the bigger your exercise ball needs to be.

Just like with an office chair, your legs and body should be at a right angle to each other when you sit on the Pezzi ball or exercise ball. Your feet should be flat on the floor.

Ball diameter Height
45cm up to 140cm
55cm 141 - 154cm
65cm 155 - 175cm
75cm 176 - 185cm
85cm 186 - 200cm

Are you unsure between two exercise ball sizes? Choose the larger ball. You can let out some air to reach the perfect height.

What is the difference between a Pezzi ball and a gym ball?

The name "Pezziball" has become synonymous with large inflatable balls used for gymnastics, physiotherapy and fitness exercises. But what is the difference between a Pezziball and an exercise ball?

Exercise ball is the general term for large, inflatable balls used for fitness exercises, physical therapy and also as sitting balls. Exercise balls are produced by different manufacturers and vary in quality, material and price.

The Pezziball is an Italian brand. The Pezziball is particularly known for its high quality and durability, which makes it popular in many fitness and physiotherapy facilities.

In summary: The Pezziball is a brand of exercise ball, while exercise ball is the general term for this training device. So a Pezziball is an exercise ball, but not every exercise ball is a Pezziball.
