The leather used is refined by hand in Germany and without the use of chemicals.

As with most types of leather, chromium oxide salts are used to tan the ARTZT Vintage Series. This gives the leather the necessary suppleness and resistance.

The harmful chromium oxide chromium VI can only be produced if handled incorrectly during this process. This is the case with around 10% of global leather production. The leather from the ARTZT Vintage series is absolutely harmless to health.

The ARTZT Vintage Series is manufactured in Pakistan and Germany. The foreign production facilities have been audited regarding their work practices and the materials used.

The cube, jumping box, buck and horse are made entirely in Germany from regional raw materials and finished by hand in the Westerwald region.

Spots, blemishes and other imperfections in the leather are part of the finishing process to create a distinctive and unique vintage look.

For products like the medicine ball stand, the metal used undergoes a process that causes it to oxidize. This is how the characteristic rust spots appear.

Finally, the surface is sealed with a clear varnish to maintain the unique look and keep your hands clean.

If necessary, the leather can be cleaned with a damp cloth. If the leather becomes brittle over time, it can be treated with a high-quality vegetable oil if necessary to make it supple again.

If necessary, wood and gymnastics mat material can be cleaned with a damp cloth and, if necessary, mild soap.
