BLACKROLL is the ultimate self-massage tool for training flexibility, balance, mobility and strength. The firm roller allows for easy self-massage and loosening of the muscular connective tissue. It improves the mobility of the connective tissue and releases restrictions or hardening.

At the same time, the BLACKROLL MED helps stabilise the core muscles that are important for everyday life and sport.

With its 20% reduction in hardness, the BLACKROLL MED allows for softer myofascial self-treatment and is therefore particularly suitable for gentle use in therapeutic applications, for people with lower body weight or simply when less intensity is desired during massage.

The material used is completely harmless to health and is used in the medical and food industries. It is also lightweight, robust and environmentally friendly, as it is fully recyclable.
