Are you a fan of the legendary BLACKROLL standard foam roll and the DUOBALL foam ball? Then you will love the new BLACKROLL TWIN!
The new massage roller combines these classics and gets the best out of both tools. Due to the cut-out in the middle, the TWIN is particularly suitable for use on the back, as the spine is spared when rolling. Compared to the well-known DUOBALL, however, the contact surface is wider on the left and right. The fascial massage on the left and right of the spine is therefore more extensive and less selective. In addition, the twisting of the material in the middle bar of the TWIN stimulates the skin and tissue, especially when used on legs and arms.
