The HELM can be used to do floor exercises such as push-ups with different grip variations. However, the fitness device only shows its strengths in combination with a BOSU balance trainer or a sitting ball. Here, push-ups and the like can also be performed on an unstable surface. This makes exercises for strength, stability and endurance even more dynamic, while also training arms, shoulders and upper and lower back - all with just one fitness tool!
The ergonomic arrangement of the handles protects the wrists and at the same time activates new muscle groups:
- The narrow grip position particularly trains the biceps as well as the shoulder and chest muscles
- The standard grip position distributes the load evenly across the chest, shoulders and triceps
